Ok, I'll start, you follow my format.

Things I'm proud of:

Privately.

My family, particularly my youngest brother Gator.

Publicly.

My ability to deal with people and calm down somebody who's ticked off.

Mentally.

I'm proud of my ability to multiply quickly.

Things I'm ashamed of:

Privately.

Lies I've told in the past.  Untruths, exaggerations, etc.

Publicly.

My constantly running and somewhat argumentative mouth.  Agk.

Mentally.

My inability to relax when talking with somebody that I deem to be 'Better' than me.

So, what about you?

What are you proud of?

Ok, I'll go:

Things I'm proud of:

Privately.

My family and the way we stick together no matter what adversity comes our way.

Publicly.

My ability to treat people the way I'd like to be treated.

Mentally.

I'm proud of my ability to make quick decisions.

Things I'm ashamed of:

Privately.

Lies I've told to the ones I've loved.

Publicly.

My ability to forget to treat others online as I treat them face to face.

Mentally.

My shameful ability to judge myself more intellectually competent than others.

God has a funny way of knocking me off my self appointed pedestal sometimes and I'm glad He does.

Awesome.

Thanks Sage.

This thread is either too serious or too much work.

Or the members are shy.

Don't be!! Run through the streets naked like me!

I'll bite:

Things I'm proud of:

Privately.

My family, no matter how dysfunctional (hyperbole..) we are sometimes.

Publicly.

I'm proud of my honesty and ability to communicate what I feel and think, and to have others do the same.  Makes relationships (personal, professional, and romantic) much smoother.

Mentally.

I'm too smart for my own damn good.

Things I'm ashamed of:

Privately.

Hmm.  I'm a bit of a klepto, or rather was at one point.

Publicly.

I ruined a budding relationship with a beautiful woman that probably would have worked out by laying it on a little 'thick'.  I've done this sort of thing before...it's something I need to keep track of when speaking to people I admire.

Mentally.

I tend to think myself into corners and can't break free of them.  It hurts my problem-solving abilities quite a bit sometimes.

Things I'm proud of:

Privately.

I like how I can actually be pretty attractive on a good hair day with the right shirt on. I love the confidence of knowing you look presentable.

Publicly.

My ability to deal with people (more real life than online), my sense of humor that can kinda mesh with the sense of humor of whomever I'm talking to (also real life more than online).

Mentally.

I'm glad I can enjoy a girl's personality. I know a lot of guys who can't do that. Which brings me to

Things I'm ashamed of:

Privately.

Teenagers. FUCK teenagers, I cannot stand them, especialy in real life. I think they're immature, horny, careless people who have a clinical inability to see the big picture and realize nobody cares about their girlfriend breaking up with them.

Publicly.

My assuming what someone is gonna say next, and then have it not be where they were going with the conversation. "Did you like the new-" "Star Wars movie? Yeah." "I was gonna say Corvette, but, okay..."

Mentally.

I stutter. It's gotten worse over the years. I hope I don't lose the ability to speak fluidly altogether, because I rely on communication in all of my jobs.

Things I'm proud of:

Privately.

My ability to focus on a task until its done.

Publicly.

My amazing butt.

Mentally.

My rudimentary grasp of music theory.

Things I'm ashamed of:

Privately.

There's too much . . . . this would probably fill the internet.

Publicly.

I saw Napoleon Dynamite in theater.

Mentally.

I'm a controlling, manipulative jackass with too much pride for my own good.

Things I'm proud of:

Privately.

My knowledge of many things and my family.

Publicly.

My ability to fit in with the crowd and make people laugh.

Mentally.

My ability to manipulate....

Things I'm ashamed of:

Privately.

My laziness.

Publicly.

I can speak to technical and people won't get me because they can't comprehend the information.

Mentally.

My obsessive compulsiveness with the things I love to do....  I can't stop editing or composing or making video's... It could be used to my benefit though but it's not good because I do have homework and other priorities.

I just love this thread.

It's awesome how one person is ashamed of a trait of theirs, and the next is bragging because they have that very trait.

Awesome.

Keep it goin' guys!
