EDIT:  Actually, what makes Ian cool is his totally positive attitude toward everything.

He's like a happy little baby that laughs at everything, and is smiling all the time.

Except, he has longer hair and spells better than most babies.  Positivity flows from his brain toward everything, and that's important on a web forum.  Some members tend to be negative in the way they put everything, and others tend to be boring.  When you fool yourself with a hyperactive attitude toward everything, you'll tend to like everything better and thus be happier in life.

Oh yeah, AND you'll cause others to be happy.

I must agree. I live in suburban Atlanta, GA. and through Ian, the CCFilms website, and these forums, he's re-inspired the filmmaking ideas of my friends and myself. I'm workign on projects with more knowledge because of his forum writings and his documentation of work. it really helps.

and the dude's hilarious.

so yeah. Ian's awesome.

and I feel like a stalker fanboy now.

I think that Ian needs to start a cult, and get people to give him money to honor his greatness?? Are we talking about the same Ian here???

Though I do not know Ian personally. All his films rock. And so does he.
(In his films anyway. Can't say he rocks in person cause I don't know him, but he probaly rocks in person too.)
