Well, I figured I'd try my hand at Photoshop painting again, so I started this image just kinda randomly. Didn't really know what it was until I finished drawin' it.

So this is what I got. I'm hoping this shall actually turn out kinda presentable, but considering this is really my second attempt at this kind of thing, I'm not expecting much.  Tongue But still, any comments/critiques/compliments/criticisms/contribution/carrots you have would be greatly appreciated!

And a few minutes later, I've gotten this far.

I'm assuming this is where it gets hard.

D'oh!

Guess I need to get rid of that moon. For obvious reasons which Funk would undoubtly peg me for.

Again.       I really need to work on that.

Grr.

The moon is the assumed light source, but the lighting is coming from the left.

Allright.

Now it's colored in, kinda..

I really have no idea what I'm doing. Dang. I mean, I think I'm just going to start working on it so you can't see the black lines anymore.

Then it should look ratherbetter, or something.

It is indeed an interesting expierience.

Check out Monday's Penny-Arcade! comic for a good rundown of Photoshop drawing techniques.

Not addressing that to anybody in particular, was just reminded of it.

It's a mixture.  A recipe if you will.

2 quarts creativity and 4 gallons of raw imagination.  Oh yeah.  8 ounces of energy is in there somewhere.... Cheesy
