Every year at my local library there's a small fan run convention called Fantasci. It's not really offical as there are no big celebreties yet there's a ton of people (because it's free), lots of people selling things (because they can do it for free), and a crapload of fun (the fun's free too). I was thinking that I could possibly use this to promote Star Wars Tales somehow. I won't be able to attend the con, however, since I'm going to California that week. I do know some people that are going to be running a booth and since we're tight they would probably pass around fliers promoting Star Wars Tales that I'd give to them before I left. For the fliers I was going to make a teaster poster and then have a link on the bottom to the website. However, since I'm promoting it and all and there's a teaser poster out I was thinking it'd probably be a good idea to have a trailer out at the same time also, possibly encouraging people to actually go to the website that's on the flier. However, I doubt I'll be able to get the footage I need for the trailer unless I make a half-assed version of it or I rush and finish the scenes I need. I have until late July so it may be possible, but it'd be pushing it. What do you guys think I should do?

I'm Yoda. I'm soldier. I mold ya, then fold ya, I thought I told ya. Don't be unwise, judge me not by my size. You won't believe your eyes. Watch the X-Wing rise.

I'd say do what you can to make a trailer. If you have to make a true teaser like the one for Jurassic Park III, where there was just a camera flying through trees, yet it still was impressive. That and make sure you create a really awsome flyer, that could get most of the people. The only thing is I bet people would forget by the time the film is release. I'm sure you'll get a few addtional viewers though.
