You need a new title, I decided.

New title? I like what I have. If you've got an idea, great. Otherwise, I'm using this.

I did light that... just a pretty bland room. The colors weren't too interesting... not much I could do.
FCR, no clue about the GL1/2... this is my new XL1... that's all I know.

I don't know, I don't think this one works.  It sounds like too much like a melodrama, almost soap opera-ish.  For something like this that's more of a thriller, you need to try to reflect that.

As for lighting, fluorescent lights in a small bland room really do look horrid when filmed.  You might have tried to work without them completely.  Light the room yourself.  Given the intensity of the story, the right lighting is crucial to portraying the emotion.

It would have looked cool if you had hung a single light from the ceiling, so there was a lot of shadows to make the room seem creepy, but still enough light to easily see the characters.

Umm.... it's an interrogation room at a police station. They'd have flourescents... yeah.

I think the title sounds fine. It has two levels... he can't reember stuff, and, they are "hidden", not just forgot as the police "hid" them by hitting him in the head.

But if they're not actually cops, how could they be at a police station?

Wait, what?  I thought they weren't cops at all.

Anyway, it still doesn't mean you have to settle for a bland fluorescent room.  No one is saying you can't play around with convention for the sake of aesthetics.

Eh, maybe. But I'm planning contrast between the bright colors of the memories and the office... I like it dull in some ways.

Anyway, filmed the memories. Went well. More updates soon.

At least get some decent color correcting with this, add a bit of contrast and color...actually...send me a few clips of the scene in the room...wouldnt mind messing with them, just for shits and giggles.

Heres a quick color corrected version of dans..I auto colored, duplicated, overlayed, curves, brightness/contrast and thats it, I like it because its still pretty bright(which you wanted) but his face shows more detail and shows his marks A LOT more, which to tell you the truth...I didnt even notice until I color corrected this..heh...i mean, there's a hundred variations that you could do, I just thought this suited the mood

Hmm.... I'll think about it.

The first makes the bruise look quite fake.

The second's color is way off... SO red.

But... there is more detail... which is nice. We'll see Smiley
