The sequel to my fanfilm needs some outside help. I need a person who can draw a sequence of panels to help our 3D Artist create a scene. The scene would be roughly 1-2 minutes in length. I'd prefer not to fully go into detail on a public forum of what the scene specifically is, but it is a fight sequence.

There is no pay but you would be on the films credit and your work will be included on the DVD.

If you'd like to help please reply with your portfolio. If you have any questions to ask me here or you can email me at davidprodriguez@att.net

Well it's basically a fight scene 1v1. Lets just call them to figurines, there's no need for any detailed facial expressions. The idea would be to have it somewhat anime style (where the backgrounds are just random colors etc.).

First off would be designing the two characters, which are already based on existing fictional characters.

All you need is a storyboard?

Yes all I need is a storyboard that would just include two characters (they'll need to be fully designed, but you'll have references).

So you want both a storyboard plus character design?

What exactly is your purpose of this?  Like, I know that you want it organized well and all, but can't they just be fast sketches.   I mean were talkin free work here.  I don't draw anime anyway, I'm just curious how far you're going to take pre-production here.

This is simply to help out our 3D artist create the sequence. It's much easier to visualize things in 2d rather then 3d so yes the storyboard can be some what like a sketch (I'm not looking for an extremely good artist we just need the action to be drawn out), but the character designs cannot be to rough as the modeler will have to model from them.

Yes a storyboard plus 2 character designs. Trust me that the character designs will be fairly simple to do as there are many references to draw them from.
