Does anyone know how to modify a line so that it's that sterotypical 'thinking' voice instead of just a guy talking (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about)? The only audio program I have is Audacity, so that's what I need it to be in.

Reverb is your friend.  Kind of a hollow reverb.

reverb=echo.

Also, you might want to change the voice acting as well to make it fit... but yeah.

I'm not arguing technical stuff, but simply explaining what the term meant, considering that I don't know what soundFX yodaman is working in and it might call it "echo".
